There will be a little bit change in the Physics syllabus of Class 12 2019-20 session. All the overlapping concepts will be removed. And as you said you have already studied Ray Optics in Class 11, those topics will not be taught in class 11. They have shifted some topics of Class 12 to Class 11 to reduce the burden. Therefore the syllabus remain same as before except for the chapters already studied in Class 11. Such as, if you have already studied ray optics in class 11, in class 12 you will have wave optics from the optics unit. I cannot provide you with the detailed syllabus because that is not available currently.
