The admission process for B.com varies from college to college and as you haven't cleared which particular college you are talking about in your question it would be difficult to say anything but most of the colleges have direct admissions for B.com based on 12th boards marks. The minimum eligibility criteria of every college also varies but ranges between minimum 50 - 60%  in 12th though there's a 5% relaxation for schedule caste and schedule tribes. Some private college have their own entrance tests for b.com also but most of them likely give admissions on the basis of your 12th percentage. Hope this might help you.
