Yes there will be problem due to wrong Adhara card number provided as the examination authorities might cross check at the time of examination. If it is a national level or state level competition exam they might not allow you to appear for the examination. You should try to contact the authorities as soon as possible and inform them about this discrepancy and ask if there is something that can be done regarding that.
