No,this is not possible. Because for 12 boards enrollment get completed in 11(including all formalities) so it would be difficult to change school in 12.
Even if you want to do that then admission to a school needs to be taken in class only.  Thus you will lose one year .

You cannot change your school after completing 11th class from one school. You have to continue your class 12th in the same school. Even if you want to change then you have to study 11th and 12th, both the classes in that school. this will cause a loss of 1 year for you.
