TS rank don't consider in A.P EAMCET but private colleges considering these ranks some of them are GITAM,KLU Etc., but you need pay full fee according to there institution.

In web counselling of AP and TS these colleges doesn't  appear you have consult their principal and talk about these then they will allow you to join.
