Hello.
Since UCAT  is Universal Clinical Aptitude Test it is including the word Universal while neet examination is for India and if we compare the difficulty levels so it is entirely different in NEET examination there would be questions of physics chemistry and biology while in UCAT you will see  aptitude questions, comparing the difficulty level of these both is not a valid things to do because we can only compare two examination if their syllabus is same or somewhere similar, if you are good at aptitude that means UCAT is easy for you while if you are good in your basic physics, chemistry, biology subject that means NEET is easy for you if you are good at both that Means both are easy for you and kick out the thought that cracking exam is difficult nothing is difficult if your determination to crack it strong enough.
