If there is not a better option, yes it is a good choice.

The infrastructure at Vishwa Vishwani school has been said to be top-class, along with the faculty and curriculum. It also provides as many as 13 courses.

However, where the school in Hyderabad lacks is it's placement facilities. Last year, only around 40 percent students got placed in companies even though the school has an active placement cell team.

With regards to crowd and campus life, they are good. Certainly not top notch, but good for a Business school.
