Compared to others, VITEEE is one of the easiest entrance exams, probably because of the fact that it covers only 12th class' syllabus.
For physics,H.C. verma is enough for VITEEE. For chem and maths, I suggest you take a book of jee-mains level questions. That should help you get a good rank. 

All I will suggest you is prepare for your board exams and you will be prepared for VITEE as well. Just have all the formulas on your tips and increase your speed.

By experience, I will definitely say that VITEEE is not hard as compared to JEE Mains. The reasons are:

• VITEEE has no negative markings unlike JEE Mains. 
• There is an English section in VITEEE unlike in JEE Mains. This is very easy.
