WBJEEE only has a PCM combination. So it will not be possible for a PCB student to give the exam. Although, if you have studied PCMB in your grade 11 and 12, then you will be eligible to appear for the exam.

I would like to inform you that in order to apply for WBJEE exam, you must need to have a 10+2 certificate with the following subjects :-

1. Mathematics

2. Physics

3. Chemistry

So if you had PCMB, then you are eligible. However if you have done 10+2 with PCB only, then you aren't eligible for WBJEE exam as mathematics is z mandatory subject in engineering exams.
