For admission in MBA programme anywhere across india the relevant work experience is counted only after college. So any internships or jobs done alongside college will not be qualified as work experience in application forms. 

However if you have exposure and interships experience it will greatly improve your chances in PI.

Yes it definitely helps, Whatever you do other than regular curricullum helps you to gain extra points . Even social service helps you in some way or the other .

Yes, definitely your work experience before graduation or after graduation will be counted in MBA because internship and all work experience matters a lot and it is a plus point which will enhance your resume and cv.
