Yes. You can apply for admission in Physiotherapy through NEET. There are many courses other than MBBS and BDS you can apply through NEET.

Is neet score also considered for admission in gujarat?

NEET is a national levl exam. So, it's score is considered for all the medical colleges in India. Although it depends on colleges/institutes also. Some colleges have their own entrance exams.
