Hey dear,

After completing your 12th grade, you can most surely apply for admission to the polytechnic's second year. But if you want to study computer science, information technology, or engineering and technology, I would advise you to enrol in the first year as that is when the fundamentals are taught. If you enrol directly in the second year, you will fall far behind other students in terms of logic development and comprehension of the relevant topics. Your SSC marks will determine whether you can enrol in the first year (even if you have completed HSC).
