ISRO releases notification in the career section of there official website. So you have to look for the notification there. In ISRO there are no fixed time for the release of notification so you have to see that in mind. Secondly if you have completed your MSc then you can apply for IIST for MTEch Course in Optoelectronics etc after which if you have >8.0GPA then you can get direct job in ISRO.The admission to the course is based on GATE score in Physics paper.
