It is not at all easy to get 100 percentile in JEE Mains as only 5 to 7 students all over India get this score. See, all the young and good minds are running for this score. So, Work Hard you can also achieve it. For JEE Advanced, there is no percentile, marks are only given.

So work hard and give your best.

It is almost impossible to get 100 percent marks in the JEE Advanced let alone easy. Some questions in the jee advanced are too hard and not meant to be solved during the exam. A smart move is to find the questions which are easy, medium, hard and undoable. Then do them in this order itself. If you find something super hard then move to the next question as time is important.

You can get pretty much any IIT with about 50-60% marks.
