According to your tag you are talking about information technology. B.tech in information technology is one of the sought career in india .the medium of teaching in mostly college is English but belive me you will not face much difficulty, just make a good friend who can help you and start learning new words from dictionary and watching some video it will help you to feel comfortable. I guarantee you within a year of dedicated study you will feel attached with english . IT  is not taught in hindi because most of the terms are english based and in field of IT for getting placement English is must.

You have not mention what institution you are taking about. There are many Hindi medium school and many English medium schools. If you are taking about Irfan Khan's movies of 'Hindi Medium' and 'Angreji medium", then I have to say both are wonderful movie. In both movies Irfan Khan gave his best acting.
