Hello Nitish , you can not carry dependent card as ID card. Instade of this you can carry your voter ID , license or pan card.

As per NTA rules, candidates are required to carry original ID proof along with them for authentication there. You can carry any of your ID proofs like Aadhar card/Voter's ID/PAN card/ Driving license etc. along with your NEET admit card + few passport size photographs at the exam center. Make sure to take the original copy of your ID proof.

No, Adhar card is not important to carry to the examination. You can also carry other identity proofs of yours. There is no such instructions for carrying Adhar card only. Remember to carry few photographs with you.
