Yes. You need to have a gap certificate with you in the counseling process in case you have a gap year between the year of you passing your 12th grade and the year in which you are seeking admission. It is to show what were you occupied with in the gap year period. Now, regarding how to get a gap year certificate, you need to have an affidavit filled and get it signed by any gazetted officer. You can go to any district court or contact any lawyer or advocate. They can help you with the same and it usually takes around 2-3 business days to get a gap year certificate issued.

You need a gap certificate only when you have gap between class 10th and class 12th as like if you have completed your 10th in 2019 and class 12th in 2022 then there will be one year gap in between so for that you may have to provide the gap certificate otherwise it's not needed.

Even if colleges are asking then you can simply mention you were preparing for NEET medical entrance exam after class 12th till date of admission and you can get sign and stamp from your former class 12th school or sometimes coaching institutes will also provides if you ask them.

Yes if you join BSC nursing colleges and then you join medical College after clearing of the exam then you will be needed all your class 10th and 12th original certificate and transfer certificate from that particular college for taking admission.
