It is possible to take admission in second year integrated law course from one university to another.

Sorry! But that's not possible! You would have to complete their entire admission process to be eligible to get admission in another university or college and then if you get admission, it would be in the 1st year of the 5 year integrated course and not directly in the 2nd year.
