Yes, it is true but not 100% accurate as you cant rely on this.Tge nature of the exam is such that chances of repetition of question is surely possible for not 100% .

Let me clear your doubt. Yes in jee exam previous year paper repeated so solve at least 10 t0 15 year previous paper, it will increase your confidence level and also give you idea about which type of question were asked and how to manage time in jee main exam also how to tackle question in exam.
