It is written on official site of upsee that income certificate should be of after 1 april 2018. I got cs in Fee waiver in abes engineering

Naman , For the tution fee waiver scheme required the latest Income certificate from the competent authority it will be shown during the admission time . I request you to please talk to college authority regarding the same .
