As the cutoff for general catagory is 360 and you have scored 520 but still there are very low chances of getting government colleges. As per my suggestion, you should go for Ayurveda or BDS these have very high scope in the future and also some of the which are having very rapid growing fields.

Since you can write NEET only four times. This was your last chance. So, if you're an MBBS aspirant then try for a seat in any possible college. Whatever the college might be, if you're interested you can do anything.
