Itne Navi Mumbai from my opinion is far better than  the second one , you can look for it , one of my relatives was also there ,he had a good time ,he don't find any fault there , i listened him very carefully , so on the behalf of that I can suggest you this ,rest depend on you ,you need to research more about both .
