It's my first neet examination so preparing from Akash package would be enough for neet?

Assuming that you are talking about the Akash Institute Coaching, I would say that ,to a point, yes it is enough if you thoroughly go through everything they provide like the mock tests, tips for preparation and last year question papers, etc. Though it should not be underdeemed that self-learning will always help you boost your chances.

To get good score in NEET exam,your main focus should remain on NCERT textbooks as most of the questions are asked from it so make sure you go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly. I would suggest you to go after Allen  packages as they are more precise than Akash packages and in Allen packages you will get previous year questions also so you can surely opt Allen packages and yes they are enough for NEET  exam along with your NCERT textbooks.i hope this information helps you.
