Of late, one has seen a rise in the number of startups by IIT and IIM graduates. Actually iit or iim tag is useful, but not necessary to have a start up.

Thus it's not necessary that one needs to be from iit or iim to have a start up. It's all about having great start up ideas , if one has an idea , he can have a start up even without completing graduation.  You can do the courses you need to start your own business , build a strong network, and get out of your comfort zone to have your own start up.
