You have only one chance to utilise the correction window. If you have used it once, you can use it again. Some 10th boards do not give passing certificate. They only give 10th marks sheet. Those students can upload their 10th marks sheet. And the application form didnt allow you to upload your passing certificate because you cannot change uploaded images without notification from NTA. NTA has already started notifying students about changes required in uploaded images. You will receive a notification only if the uploaded image doesnt follow NTA instructions. You will not receive a notification because you uploaded marks sheet instead of passing certificate.
