Hi, yes you can fill forms online in your counselling rounds and offline that is for management seats at the same time. Management seats usually are declared during the second round of CAP. If you happen to get a seat in your CAP round then your managerial seat will be cancelled as you can not have two seats at a given time especially in the same institute.
