Many candidates face a problem afterwards by uploading an old income certificate- 2020 income certificate in your case. The income certificate to prove EWS category, should be latest, hence I suggest getting an income certificate of the year 2021 or 2022- however, 2021 will also do as you attempted the exam in that year itself.
