Hi dear,
May be you can get seat may be not because Admission in colleges depends upon Cut off list prepared by JoSAA. It depends on your rank you get but you should apply for counselling.

Pro Tip :

Apply for Home state NIT first through Home state quota.
Apply for state government college in home state quota and in GFIT's.
Fill your counselling details very carefully
Before Applying for any college do check previous year cut off list and closing rank of that NIT's and IIIT's and GFTI's
