According to last year's data you have high chances of getting ECE at IIT BHU with your general Rank( last year the closing score was 618), You can get communication engg,  control and computing, power electronics at IIT Bombay ( the cut off was  510),  Rf and microwave engineering at IIT Kharagpur ( cut off was 652), VLSI at IIT Mandi.
