When you saw your result, did they allot you any rank? along with it, did they mention that you cleared the exam? 

If you cleared the exam and have 75% in your boards, then you can opt for JOSAA counseling. If you violet any of the above criterias, then you can't.

JoSAA 2019 Eligibility Criteria -To be eligible to participate in JoSAA 2019 counselling, its important that students should have appeared for JEE Main or JEE Advanced 2019. ThroughJoSAA, Admissions to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs is based on the ranks acquired by students in JEE Mains while admissions to the premier IITs is done on the basis of candidates performance JEE Advanced.

Eligibility criteria :

Qualified inJEE Advanced 2019for academic programs [excluding the preparatory courses] at IITs and ISM.AND

satisfies the Performance in Class XII (or equivalent) examination

Looking this you can attend the josaa counselling with 73% in jee mains.
