If you are a general candidate, you can get B.Arch seat almost anywhere, except SPA Delhi. SPA Bhopal might be a close call. In fact, you can get B.Plan in SPA Delhi.
99.71 isn't just good percentile. It is excellent, and you should be proud of yourself.
If you are a OBC-NCL, SC, ST student, then getting into SPA Delhi is a peice of cake.
