Hello Prakash
170 is a very good score in JEE Mains and there are high chances that you would be able to make it to NITs. But to be more specific, there are two different cutoffs for home state and other state quota in NITs respectively. So, it also depends on your domicile that which NIT and which branch you will get in the counselling.
