no you can't get admission in BITS without qualifying BITSAT

some of the other private college in which you may get admission through JEE MAINS score are
LNCT Bhopal, Galgotia Noida, Sharda, LPU, Amity, MIT etc

BTW I've heard that student can change his branch in 2nd year
so in that way can I get Civil or cs

bro u will get the lower branches civil maybe
.. CS not possible and the things is don't go for 2nd year changing the branch only 2% of the people get to change the branches that means only top ten percentile people change . don't be in the fact I will change it later because if u took branch of ur won interest it is good . either I will make u a mess.
