I am sorry to say that there is no single child girl quota in IITs and NITs but there is a single seat in all B.Tech programs in different private universities and DTU.

Dear Khyathi,

There is as such no reservation for girl child. 

In order to be eligible to take admission in IITs and NITs you should have 75% marks in your boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile in general category.

It is SC/ST it is 65% marks.
