Yes, you are eligible for neet examination, as neet eligibility criteria says that to he eligible you must ha passed your class 12th board examination with at least a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category .

Coming to how to begin your neet examination preparation,
I would suggest you to first of all go through chapters from NCERT and maste it as NCERT is the base of neet Examination, and take the help of side books to understand difficult concepts

Follow a routine, and in your routine give at least four  hours for practicing numerical and MCQs

Once you are done with the complete neet syllabus go through previous year question papers and mock test papers
