You can have definitely a good score in the exam but you need to planned well & work smartly. BITSAT is a online test it is recommended, You must attempt maximum amount of questions and your efficiency also must be good. A lot of practice is required for this.
English Proficiency, this part is slightly tough but you can easily get away with it if you attempt model paper and see pattern of questions asked in exams.
I would also suggest you to focus on the most frequently asked questions in the exam.

See telling u whether u will NIT or not by ur percentile score is bit difficult as u have been provided this score among ur slot students only. U should be focussing on April session of the JEE MAINS.
About BITSAT u should be having a good command on the time management of ur paper analysis as the BITSAT paper is totally a time game. U should even having a quick answer mind in maths and also have memorised the small formulas of physics. With this u can easily score above 330 if u have good time management.
