I am sorry but you have not mentioned any college or universities that you have applied for.

Most institutes in India take admission on the basis of entrance exams and the few that take admission on the basis of 12th marks is DU and a few colleges of Calcutta University like Asutosh College and Sri Shikshayatan etc.
