In most entrance exams, the authorities don't straightaway reject forms in which there has been a slight error with respect to the background colour of the passport photo. They will most likely accept your form. However, to be on a safe side, you are requested to contact the authorities of NEET MDS ( from the contact details listed below ) and get an assurance from their side -
