Jamia Millia Islamia is a central university funded fully by government offering very cheap but quality education to the students. But getting admission here too is a very tough nut to crack. A large no. of courses are taught here.

Jamia Hamdard is, however,is a deemed semi government university, ie it's partially funded by government making its fee structure much higher than Jamia Millia Islamia. It offers m unani medical courses primarily though some technical courses have been added to it later.
