Hello. EFLU was supposed to release the UG form by the 2nd week of January but this was the tentative date. I would recommend you to constantly check on  EFLU's official website and keep yourself updated.
Also you can check Careers360 page and we will keep you posted. Till then prepare well for the upcoming exam.
