If you do not submit your caste certificate then you considered as a general category. if you want your quota then you have to submit your caste certificate.

if you belong to general then there may be no issues.

agar tum kisi category mei belong karte ho then tumko caste certificate dena compulsary hai during physical reporting  else admission cancelled ho jayga tumhara.
