Hey!
To be honest, it is an utmost difficult goal to accomplish. Students spend a lot of time to prepare for this exam as it is one of the most difficult and competitive exam and to become All India topper is quite an unrealistic goal if there is no backhand preparation. If you have already prepared for the exam or similar exam and you are clear with the concepts and have done lots of practice question, then it still seems achievable but if you will start from the basics without any prior knowledge and that too in 1 week, it seems unrealistic.

Hello there
It totally depends upon your past that how you prepared for this examination. If you have scored very good in various mock tests which is of all India level platform exams then just relax and take a glance at some important formulas and topics. But if you're talking about the whole preparation in 1 week then it's a joke on this examination and definitely you even can't qualify it.
I hope it helps you!
Thank you!
