98.35 is an amazing percentile and it's good to see that you want to improve more. I'm sure you know that it is very difficult to get 99.5+. 

The ain thing that you should do is make a chart for the syllabus and check that in what topics you had faced problems in your 1st attempt and work more for them. After that you should solve more and more sample papers as it will only increase your speed and broaden your knowledge.
