You can apply only for technical post in Air Force if you graduate from engineering college.After giving jee mains ,you can join good engineering college.However you can give NDA exam after your 12th you can join air force.

After clearing the jee mains you have to you have to do your graduation that means you have to complete your engineering then you can apply in the Navy ,Air Force for the technical post in the army.
