Hello aspirant,
SC rank is the rank you get in the SC category i.e; from total no of eligible candidate who appeared for the exams from SC group in that group at what rank u get.
Suppose a candidate from SC category and he/she got 300 marks out of 360(JEE MAINS) and he/she is highest marks holder in SC category so he/she got rank 1st in SC category but his/her marks percentage will be:-
Marks percentage:- 300/360=83.33%
But, rank = 1st ( SC category).
And, let Suppose you get 301 out of 360 (JEE MAINS) from SC category so the most probable rank u get is 2nd. And ur marks percentage will be according to the same equation.
But, keep in mind Ur rank will vary in All India rank.
So i hope for your marks there is no chances for getting
JEE mains
Thank you
