Admission to B.Arch is done based on merit in JEE Main Paper 2. You cannot get admission in Petroleum Engineering based on JEE main Paper 2 score. Whatever score you get in JEE Mains paper 2 , the overall score will be taken out best of two i.e. the best one from January and September . In whichever you score good , that willl be your  final score.

And on the basis of that score you can apply to various NIT's , IIIT's , State colleges etc.
