See the situation is that you are with a percentile of 91.87 acheiving a rank of 70,000 approx.

The previous year cutoff for HBTU in electronics branch for OBC candidates was 35,000 

and that for mechanical was close to 35,000 also so it gives me intense greif to tell you that it is nearly impossible for you to get admission in this college.
