Yes the results of JEE Main conducted in April 2019 has been released and you can get it by visiting https://jeemain.nic.in/jeemainresult/Root/AuthCandWithDob.aspx and filling in the details asked. With the JEE Main result you can go JEE Advanced if you qualify for it.
