You have to Carry the JEE Main undertaking form duly filled in with photograph and smudge free left thumb impression pasted at the space provided.The photograph and the thumb impression has to be filled at your home. Olease note that the signature in your admit card has to be done in the exam hall on the presence of the invigilator. At the end of the exam, you need to drop your admit card and the extra rough sheets taken by you in the drop box provided.
