If you are really interested in Engineering and want to take admission then I'll suggest you few central government colleges in which you may get a seat. These colleges are not good as IIT/NIT but they are better than some lower IIIT.

You have to wait for special round counselling. Stay updated to all the counselling rounds and wait for special round. It was conducted last year, it may be conducted this year too.

As you are from Uttar Pradesh go for JK institute of Applied Physics, Allahabad first if you get a chance. Also check the college's website or contact the college to know about local counselling details.

If you won't get JKIAPT then try GGV BILASPUR, GKV HARIDWAT.

Though GGV BILASPUR is better than GKV HARIDWAR.

Stay updated with all the notices. You can also try for CIT Assam and NEHU Shillong if possible. Check website of these colleges.
